The University of South Florida is set to launch the Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Computing this fall, backed by a $40 million donation. This initiative marks the nation’s first named college dedicated exclusively to merging AI and cybersecurity, aiming to set a new standard in tech education and leadership development.

USF Provost Prasant Mohapatra emphasized how this innovative curriculum will help address major challenges—from the $12 billion lost to cybercrime in 2023 to the shortage of 700,000 cybersecurity professionals. With fast-track, hands-on training and a focus on real-world industry issues, the Bellini College is poised to transform the landscape of digital defense and technology advancement.
