In her new position, she aims to leverage her extensive experience to enhance the firm's market presence, building on Felicis' track record with successful investments in companies such as Canva, Shopify, Notion, and Twitch.

Announced on April 4, 2025, Schreiber highlighted the challenges within venture capital marketing, noting that firms must distinguish themselves even when they offer similar products, namely capital. She also underscored the growing importance of founder-led communications, particularly in the dynamic landscape of media, and expressed a keen interest in learning how early-stage AI startups are using innovative marketing and communications strategies to stand out.
