Warner Music Group has announced that Armin Zerza, a former CFO and chief commercial officer at Activision Blizzard, will join the company as its new Chief Financial Officer effective May 5, 2025. Zerza, who played a pivotal role in Activision Blizzard's $69-billion acquisition by Microsoft, brings a wealth of experience from both the gaming and consumer sectors, including a notable tenure at Procter & Gamble.
Warner Music Group, known for representing top artists like Ed Sheeran and Dua Lipa, expressed strong confidence in Zerza’s ability to drive the company’s long-term strategy.
