The decision follows a significant drop in ratings from 11.6% to 8.1% and comes as the network faces stiff competition from 'Supervivientes'. As a result, La 1 will fill the scheduling gap with a double session of Spanish cinema featuring the films 'Todos los nombres de Dios' and 'Código emperador'.
The remaining episodes of the competition will now air on Wednesdays, with the semifinal set for April 9 and the grand finale on April 16. Finalists, including Carmen Farala and Pilar Rubio, will battle for a 50,000-euro prize that will be donated to charity.
