TIME Seeks America’s Top Venture Capital Firms

TIME, in collaboration with Statista, has launched its inaugural ranking of America's Top Venture Capital Firms for 2025. The initiative aims to spotlight leading U.S.-based venture capital firms, evaluated on key financial and operational benchmarks, with detailed criteria discussed in the TIME article published on March 20, 2025. Firms can apply via Statista’s designated page, and even those that do not apply may still be selected for the ranking.

Applications are open until May 16, 2025, and the final list will be revealed on TIME.com in August 2025. This effort comes as the venture capital landscape experiences notable shifts, including a concentration of investments in major Silicon Valley firms. The ranking seeks to both recognize industry champions and shine a light on emerging leaders in the competitive U.S. market.
